Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Complete and follow through of item set up sheets for product and display

Develop and maintain a prototype cataloging system

Coordinate content management photography

Complete and follow through of sample and display work orders, including commercial invoices

Maintain cross:reference sheets for several categories

Artwork requests and approval of UPC and I2of5 labels

Create SharePoint Sites for new projects and manage the NPE Internal Site

Manage the Comp Shop process and communicate updates

Project coordination/management including but not limited to the following:

o Assist Product and Channel Managers with all presentation sets pre: and post:work

o POG documentation and setup

o Set up/tear down of meeting rooms, POG facilities, etc.

o Prepare presentation materials

Construct packaging comps once flat boxes are received

Shipping products, displays, etc. and tracking of shipments

Work with engineering and graphics to create display board files

Manage E:POP display setup process and ISSR process for big box retaliers

Education and/or Experience

Bachelors degree in Business or related field, preferably in Marketing. Internship or other relative experience preferred.
