Triad community is seeking an Experienced Licensed Assisted Living Administrator to fill a Permanent Opening.

Position will require 5 years Management experience, employee relations with direct/in-direct supervisor of staff, Human Resources functions with interviewing skills, knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations, ability to manage all Nursing/CNA scheduling, vendor management, some payroll/time sheets experience and must understand/know assisted living regulations/guidelines. Must have outstanding follow-up skills, ability to delegate duties, strong/confident, outstanding communication skills and the desire to see facility move to the next level.
